I need to shutdown of the hipath 4000 V5 system for the regular servicing of the whole system. I don't know the shutdown process. Please help me .................

No idea what 'regular servicing' of the whole system is but to shutdown a V5 system you first need to backup the system.
EXE-UPDAT:BP,ALL;
EXE-UPDAT:A1,ALL;
DEA-DSSM:A1,1,J;
COPY-DDRSM:A1,1,E,1,J,N;

If you can take out a REGEN file all the better or back it up to a Compact Flash drive
COPY-DDRSM:A1,1,E&F,6,E&F,N;

Then to shut down the system you need to deactivate the hard disk to prevent damage.
DEA-DSSM:A1,1;

Then power down the system.

That will shutdown the RMX but not the Assistant. Probably be OK, but to be sure not to cause damage to the file system, shutdown the Assistant too.

dea-dssm:a1,1,,yes;

That's from memory, if it's not 2 commas it's 3. Prompt is "UNIXSHUT".
