Shutdown Procedures option 81c

Hi,

Could someone guide me on the shutdown procedures for an option 81c in the event there is a general power upgrade in the building or anything like that, i would appreciate any step by step reference so i can be aware of all procedures required to take down and bring up the system without any hiccups.

Is this an A/C or D/C switch?

The way I do it:

1) LD 43 EDD
2) Backup and shutdown Meridian Mail/CallPilot if applicable
3) Backup and shutdown Contact Center if applicable
4) Whether AC or DC switch, take the bottom panel off the back of each column and turn the system off at the breakers. Leave the power supplies in thwe shelves in the ON position.

When power restored:

1) Turn breakers on each column
2) After system boots up, power up Meridian Mail/CallPilot if applicable
3) Power up Contact Center if applicable
