I've just built a new W2K8R2 on VMware vCenter 5. Even when I shut it down correctly (Start/Shutdown, VM/Power/Shutdown Guest) or restart (Start/Restart, Windows Updates requiring restart etc) it always comes back with the Shutdown Event Tracker when I log on next saying "Why did the computer shut down unexpectedly?"

Any idea why this is?

I have seen people talk of disabling it completely but I'd like to keep it so I know when there was actually an unexpected shut down.
