I am using netscape 4.7. It doesn't matter how many times I tell it to never dial a connection, it always asks again the next time I open the browser. I have turned it off in the profile, internet options in the control panel, and searched the registry and all ini files with no luck. A different profile attached to this browser never asks but the original one always does. Can anyone tell me where I might look to finally end this annoyance.
