shut off an mlx phone from another mlx phone

Hi everyone kinda of a weird question here. On a Legend R6.1, does anyone know if there is a way to allow a user (supervisor) at one mlx extension (no dlc, its in a different building) to turn off (disable outside calls) another mlx extension? Hope this makes sense.

If I'm understanding you correctly, only the console operator would be able to change the restriction level of an extension. An alternative method, would be to implement Authorization Codes.
