Shut down

Sometimes,when I shut down my PC. It display the screen Windows is shutting down so long, can't go to the next screen .

can you help me?

Go to System Information/Tools/System Configuration Utility/General/Advanced, check the Disable Fast Shutdown option. See if that helps. [sig][/sig]
