Shut down Windows 2000 automatically

does anyone know how to schedule windows 2000 to shutdown every night at 930???

Can it be done with a Domain Security policy and how?

The easiest way would be to use the shutdown.exe utility that is provided in the resource kit. You could put it in a batch file with the appropriate parameters and then use task scheduler to schedule it every night.
