Right now, using ACT! 6.0, anytime a "sender" requests a read receipt for their email, ACT mail will automatically send the reply with no prompt.
In Outlook, I was always asked whether or not I wanted to send the reply. This is very useful as I often follow up via phone, and I don't want to send another message after I've already talked to my contact about the email.
Can I set ACT mail to either not send the reply or to at least ask me first?
