There are 5 computers on the network and only this one does this....

I use shut down to shut it down. The computer turns of and remains off for sometime. When I look again in about an hour or so, it turned itself back on.

I think i'm gogin crazy cause of this issue? I first thought it was me, but nope this really is happening.

Any Ideas?

I'm using a cable connection to a firewall then to a hub.

shut down the sytem by the power supply (in the wall) then put the power back on and dont tutch the computer

Many Network interface cards have a Wake Up feature. This would normally be disabled opening the device in the Device Manager. Also some Modems have the same feature.

Any feed back is appreciated.

I am with gpalmer711. Make sure WOL (wake on lan) is disabled. There is usually a small wire coming off of the nic that allows this behavior.
