Shuffle a list of numbers or strings with aspect script

Hello guys, I am wondering if somebody could provide a few clues on how to shuffle a list of numbers for example from 1 to 100 or a list of strings or to do a list of numbers but shuffled for example from 1 to 100 but avoiding repeated numbers?
