Shrinking the space in Details Section..

Hi!

My problem is hopefully a quite simple one, but I cant do it. Jupp, I'm Newbie.

In my report, which is in the format of displaying data in a grid, has too large cells. In other words, there are to much wasted space in my grid. I have tried to make the details section smaller, by left-clicking and dragging the section upwards, but it wont allow me. I can adjust all the other section, but not the details section.

How can I make it smaller?? What may be the solution? Elementary may some say, but not me.

I don't think that Crystal has any grids, do you mean a crosstab?

Anyway, if the details section isn't shrinking, you may have an alignment marker in there, and Crystal won't automatically move those or any objects in any section, so move or delete them.

Check just to the left of the Details for a sideways home plate shaped marker.
