Shows line and blank page

I have a report which has line after every control.
After first page I get just one line in second page.

How to avoid this?

I decreased line width but the problem still exists.
I'm not able to decrease the size of the report in design mode.
I'm also getting blank page.

How to slove this?

This means that your design page is bigger than the page setup is allowed. IF you cannot bring the page in, then there is another line that you might not be seeing.

In design view - put your cursor as far right, on the white of where the page ends, at the bottom of the report footer. Drag the mouse up, holding the left mouse key down. then see if there is any line picked up, and decrease it, then bring the page margin in.

Look at the folling - if the right of the page in design goes to 8" and your page setup is 8 1/2" X 11" and your margins are 1" around, then you are going 1/2" off the page and will have an extra page.

You have to pay attention to the page setup and the ruler at the top of the design and along the left of it.
Remember to account for the margins.
