showrev -p does not show patches

I have Sol 8 that has had some patches applied. I do not know the method used to apply the patches.
I run a showrev -p and it has no entries. If I try to patchadd a required patch it replys with patch already applied.
Is there another method to display the patches applied other than showrev -p?

perhaps you use -d option with your patchadd command

You could ls /var/sadm/patch. Annihilannic.
