% showing zero on RTD

SCC5.0 - In real time display, one of scripts is showing 0.00 ybder %Src Lvl but that script has processed calls. Calls offered and calls answered. Under Statistics Config/App Threshold Class shows %Service_Level.
Also under Call Flow Admin>App(CS)>General Tab is pointing to the proper threshold class. is there another setting I need to change for this application to show %Srv Lvl under RTD for apps?
 
Have you already checked:
If you run historical application performance report..do you have any % Service Level there ?
And also what is your Service Level Treshold for application?

I ran Application Performance reporting for Customer Service and under %Service Level showing 0.00. Checked under Application Properties/Class, the %Service_Level First and Second Level thresholds are 80 - 90.
 
OK. Can you run AppPerformance daily report again and check if Answered=AbanAftTresh+AnswAftTresh ?
 
Ran report today showing :
offered/answered/ans after threshold/abandoned/after threshold: 457/453/12/4/0/0

I did create a new CS threshold class and repointed using application to use the new class and since then showing %Service_level
