SCC5.0 - In real time display, one of scripts is showing 0.00 ybder %Src Lvl but that script has processed calls. Calls offered and calls answered. Under Statistics Config/App Threshold Class shows %Service_Level.
Also under Call Flow Admin>App(CS)>General Tab is pointing to the proper threshold class. is there another setting I need to change for this application to show %Srv Lvl under RTD for apps?
