I am trying to send out the outbound CLI which has been entered using the SIP field on the user but it keeps sending out the SIP ID.

I have entered the wild card * * * * on one of the trunks and have tried selecting internal data for all local uri, contact, display name and PAI but it still does not send out the correct CLI.

I have also selected send caller ID as none, P Asserted IP and Diversion header but I still only get the SIP ID not the CLI when I call my mobile.

Please can someone kindly help.

TIA

you could always change your ARS, so the instead of just the . use the .Sxxxxxxxx. the x's being the number that you want to display.

so it would look something like:

N .SXXXXXXXXXXX dial 0

You need a URI with all options set to internal data with a unique outgoing ID, then set all 3 boxes on the users to the correct number you want to display.

Create an ARS to point to this outgoing ID.

Ensure CLI Flexibility (or equivalent) is turned on by the provider.

Job done.
