showing slide show progress on bar

CAN ANYONE HELP

i need to put a bar throughout my flash presentation that is in sync with the presentation and shows where the user is within the presentation. i.e a progress bar that tracks how long is left. i dont need times on the bar just a bar that scrolls as the presentation progressess.
