I have a problem which is probably an easy fix for someone out there. The report is dipslaying the "detail" data twice. there are only 5 entries and the report reports the detail data on page 1 with the report header page header, and page footer. Then on the second page it diplays the same "detail information" with the page header and page footer. Even though there is still plenty of room on the first page for more info to be displayed. But even still the report is just duplicating the same 5 entries on the second page why?
thanks

Duplicate records usually appear when you have duplicate values in the join field of the 'one' side of a query. Probably the join field is not the primary key in the table from 'one' side. This causes Access to return alllll possible combinations.

Second problem is that you have Keep Together property to something, or Force New Page before section or after section.

To narrow your problem, post the SQL and we'll see what's there.
