I have a query which is hiding the duplicates of a record no, which are all revisions e.g 1000 Rev A, 1000 Rev B, etc. I would like the query to be able to show the latest revision created because at present it is showing the first record created and hiding all the rest.

You'll have to use "Max" in that field's total row in the query design view, instead of "Group By".
