Showing grouped column in a row 1

Hi,
I am trying to show all the values in a group horizontally in a field in group section. Can we do this?

Eg:

GNUM Valid
12345 Y
12345 N
12345 Y

I group by GNUM and I am trying to show

GNUM Valid Indicators
12345 Y,N,Y
