I am using a FoxPro database (*.dbf) that has some deleted records. In FoxPro deleted records are not physically deleted untill you issue a purge command.

In Crystal 8.5 I want to showw ALL the records including the deleted ones. I tried to do this with the direct connection and with ODBC. I tried various options in the ODBC DSN.

I still only get the un-deleted records in my report.

Any ideas? Can this be done? Howard Hammerman,

Howard,

Have you tried R&R report writer? [wink]
I seem to remember that you can do this in RR...

Seriously, that is the one task that makes me keep RR around.
I don't think you can do this in Crystal. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting

I even tried OLE DB and ADO, no luck...

Purdy annoying, the only option that comes to mind is to create a deleted flag and undelete the rows.

Thank you everyone. Ken, yes I know that R&R can do it.

It is always interesting to find a feature that R&R can do that Crystal can't. Howard Hammerman,
