ShowHie Action fails in Netscape 7

I am using floating boxes on a page that are initially set to "hidden". When a mouse moves over a hotspot on an image map trigger the ShowHde Action to turn on/off the floating box.

This works great in IE6 but get no action triggered n Netscape 7.0.

I have included the Netscape CSS fx
