Show window content while dragging pop-up

Our users only have "user" rights, so when installing the Citrix client, we can't turn off the "Show window content while dragging" checkbox. Anyone have any idea how to disable this on a system level or by some other means?

Ok - I found out what was wrong in our case, maybe it will help you too. Our policy for our NT 4.0 clients (using poledit) was limiting access to the Settings tab under display. When trying to change the registry entry under Settings that is responsible for the "drag window ...." it would not allow me to change. When I removed the restrictions from the poledit policy so users could see the settings tab, I could then change that registry entry during our login script.

All is good now.
