I am curious if there's any way to show which files in specific folders are "password-protected" vs. which ones are not.

If you don't have, could you refer me any closest software products out there?

In Acrobat Professional, File, Open, at the View dropdown, choose Details, then right-click in one of the column headers, and click on 'Protected'. See if that shows what you're looking for....

Hello Fred:
I already tried to show column for 'Protected'.
But the column shows "blank" for those files with password protection.

Very strange. I just flagged a file Read-Only, and looked with the Protected column displayed, and it didn't show anything either. Have you tried posting this issue on Adobe's web site ? I wonder what 'Protected' IS supposed to show ?
