Show vertical info in horizontal

Hi, how can i present a verical information in horizontal format. eg.see format below

id name course
10 John Eng
10 John Maths

I would like to present this report as:

id name course
10 John Eng,Maths

so that every person on more than a course appear just once
any ideas

I suppose the ID and name is derived from a "person" table, and the course comes from a "course" table. If that's the case, I think dhookoms faq on " How to concatenate multiple child records into a single value", faq701-4233 should do. It's also available in a downloadable version from Rogers Access Library
