I was wondering if there is a way to have a form showing, but the user is still able to access excel behind it? Basically I'm wanting to create a type of navigation bar for a large excel document.

Many thanks

Thom

in 2002, you can use the "modal" property of a form. Set it to vbmodeless and you should be able to play away whilst the form is showing. If you are running an earlier version of excel, you are probably outta luck
