Show Total On Tab

hello all,
Running the latest version of aloha table service.I cannot seem to figure out how to show a running total while putting in an order, we do take out and sometimes guest want to know the total the only way we can see the total is by hitting pick up or eat in and hitting close, it would make it easier if ther was a way to show a running total.Can someone help or is this not possible?

nope your going to have to hit close. If your setup to see tabs then you can order it hit close (which sends it to kitchen) and get total. Then (if you're setup to allow transfers to yourself) you can hit the table button (or exit and come back) and transfer tab to yourself and combine in a new tab to continue adding to the same order. There may be other ways around all the finger twiddling but as far as I know it has to be sent to kitchen printer before you see any math happen on screen. A cheap calculator can be of help here
