Look at the SUDIP command. Might be what you are looking for.

Nope, SUDIP doesn't help me.

As shown, 2332 hav a diversion to another extension, set by user, and it doesn't show:

HI.
With SUSIP:DIR=....; you will see the diversionstatus

*21 .. you will see under "DIV STATE" FME and under "ADD INFO" the destination, where the phone is diverted to.
DIR TYPE TRAFFIC STATE/PTR LINE STATE/PTR DIV STATE ADD INFO
2000 DTS IDLE #027F FREE #03BA FME DIV=2001

*22 .. you will only see under "DIV STATE" ECF, but not the external number, where the phone is diverted to.
DIR TYPE TRAFFIC STATE/PTR LINE STATE/PTR DIV STATE ADD INFO
2000 DTS IDLE #027F FREE #03BA ECF

in MXone V5.0 you will see the ECF number.
DIRECTORY NUMBER: 5977
DIV STATE: ECF
ADD INFO: ECF = 0047110815

best regards,
Norbert

Michele,

If I remember correct, this is fixed with patch(es) for TSW. Try to ask Aastra people...

Norbeert, Michele, FYI

I was digging some old data (from 2011?) - TSW in any case (maybe SP4?), but in the susip the ECF digits were also shown. Unfortunately that PBX is already retired, so no way to check the patches. Below is a printout of the system (a small part only):

<susip:dir=2960;
STATUS INFORMATION AT 18:22:47 08JUL11
DIR TYPE TRAFFIC STATE/PTR LINE STATE/PTR DIV STATE ADD INFO
42960 DTS IDLE #024F FREE #03C6 ECF DIV=992562587569856325
ODN1:IDLE
ODN2:IDLE
ODN3:IDLE
END
<susip:dir=7000;
STATUS INFORMATION AT 18:22:59 08JUL11
DIR TYPE TRAFFIC STATE/PTR LINE STATE/PTR DIV STATE ADD INFO
77000 CXN IDLE #003B ASSIGNED #02E7 ECF DIV=982525252732
END
<susip:dir=3229;
STATUS INFORMATION AT 18:26:44 08OCT15
DIR TYPE TRAFFIC STATE/PTR LINE STATE/PTR DIV STATE ADD INFO
43229 ATS IDLE #027C FREE #03E3 ECF DIV=992563256865
END

I suppose this shows upto 20 digits....
