Show Sum of Skillset Statistics in RTD

Hi All

We are using CC6.
We want to show the sum of skillset statistics in rela time display. When creating display, we can choose one skillset or all skillsets. No option to choose some of the skillset.

We found a workaround. We changed the scripting in a way that MastrScript will route calls to GroupScript and this one will route to secondary EnglishScript and FrenchScript. Thse script will queue calls to english or french skillsets. Thus we can choose real time display by application and choose th GroupScript.
However, we do not have annymore hostorical data for englishscript and frencscript but only for the GroupsScript.

Anyway idea about the side effect ?
Or any other suggestion to group RTD of some of Skillsets but not all ??

Have you worked with filters on Real Time Displays? You can create a filter to show only the skillsets you want. You should get a total at the bottom of the display on only these "filtered" skillsets.

Well I used filtersa dnit works with tabular dispaly.
However, I need graphical display and filters do not apply to Graphical.
I tried to give user1 access to skillset english and french and user2 to russian and italian.
When I use user1, french and english are shown. If i log out user1 and login user2 (same PC), russian and italian will replace the first display.

So tabular is working but not graphical.

Right you are, that is why we build all these billboards - one for each skillset, and then build collections of them in order to group them sensibly on the screen.

I will introduce you to our customer maybe you can convince him.
what you said is totally correct. CC6 is made to display such collections. If you need sum, do not use many skillsets. Just on application.

But how to convince the customer?

Hi,

It is possible to do these kind of customistation in Historic Data;But not with Real Time.The possibilty with real time is to have billboard display.The alternate is try with external CTI applications which may help.

Create a partition with just the skillsets you want and a login just for displaying.

If you then create a GRTD the sum is what you want.

Haven't tried it myself but just a thought.
