Currently I have my ACD reports dumping to a file from a TTY port(I'm using basic ACD - from 1992 on an upgraded 61C Meridian PBX). We have a huge recall going on and they want this particuular ACD group to print on Saturday, as they are working limited hours. I don't know where or if you can change the report stucture, any help appreciated.
