I was wondering if there is a way to show just a part of a web page in WebBrowser control in VB 6 Form without API or some other complicated way by Java or such?

If you go to I would like to show just the map portion of the page, and pass on the Bing search, or Get Directions, or Explore the new Bing Maps, etc.

Have fun.

Check with bing for their API (Application Programming Interface), which does not necessarily mean what we as VB6.0 programmers are accustomed to with the API viewer. For google and bing, the API is more like what you would see in an http request. You just need to format the request correctly to retrieve the information you want.

Good Luck

Also you need to remember that if this application is for other than your personal use, you aren't supposed to use the functionality of Google Maps (and probably Bing) within an application. It's in the terms & conditions somewhere. That's assuming you figure out how to retrieve just the map element of the screen...
