I have a cross_tab report in which the number of Columns for each record are quite a few and the report designer expands the data/columns to other pages on the right. However the pages on the right are treated as page 1 when i preview or try to print the report. I have no problem with that, but what i want is to show the page header on each one of those pages.

Is there a way to do this?

I am using Crystal Reports 8.5

Tnx

These 'virtual' pages can't automatically repeat the true page header, but you can put a Title on the top of the Cross-tab that carries to the other pages. See the following article:

There is another technique that allows you to put objects on the 2nd and possibly the 3rd virtual page, but it has limitatios.

1. Switch to Legal-Landscape so that you have a wider design area.
2. Place a second copy of each object between 8 and 16 inches on the ruler
3. Switch back to portrait

The objects are now outside the design area, but they will print on the 2nd virtual page. If you use a wider paper size you might be able to put a third set out further. However, usually the page header is below the Cross-tab, so you might need to place these objects in the report header. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
