Show only higher value in report

i have data like below

ragu 25
ragu 45
ragu 60

on the report i wanted to display only the higher value data (i.e: ragu 60). how can i do this on a report?

Ragu-
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Use the totals function inside a query to select the max value for ragu. and feed this query into the report [pc]
