Show number of current record

Hi,

I want to have a textbox on one of my reports that shows the number of each of the records. I'm sure this must be possible; probably with the controlsource property of a textbox? I haven't managed to pull it off yet.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

If I understand your question, you can try this.
Add a textbox to your Report, set it's Control Source to =1
set it's Running Sum property to Over All.
This may be what you want. It simply will put 1,2,3..N in front (depending on where you place the textbox) of each record.
