I'm using Crystal 8 and Magic Helpdesk. I am pulling through information regarding Help Desk tickets and grouping them firstly by the department responsible and then by the client(vendor) who the work is for. We are do this to display the time taken for the number of calls. However, when Crystal displays the results it only shows department members who have tickets assigned to them.

How do I force Crystal to display null fields as well?

This could be caused by table linking. If you have an equal join between the tables that you are displaying, the report will not show records where there isn't a match between both tables. If this is the case, try using a left or right outer join instead of an equal join. Another thing is that you may need the members name in the detail section to show their names in the groups. Kind of hard to tell you exactly without being able to see the report. Seagate Certified RCAD Specialist.
