How can I Display two fields:
Customer name, Customer number
within a list of values but only use the
Customer number in the query.

For example a user selects "ABC Company - 9393939" from
the list of values but I only need 9393939 to insert into my query for report results.

Thanks!

In your designer module, you edit your object which you want to contain the 2 values, and go to the properties tab and EDIT your list of values (LOV's) to contain the 2 columns.
Save and export this, and then create your report and add the condition on your Customer Number column now when you select LOV's, it will show both columns in the List, select the customer you want, and when you click OK, it only shows the customer number in the list of selected customers.

Use the customer number object in the condition. Edit the list of values for the object and add the customer name object to the list of values for the customer number the prompt will then show you both name and number, but use the number in the sql

Thank you both! Your help is much appreciated.
