Hi, people
I work with Crystal IX and Oracle 9 and will be really appreciate if anybody helps me in this problem:
I have value for each case in Detail Section - >
For example: case#1 has value 19; case#2 has value 30; case#3 has value 74 etc...
I need to show in Group Footer the minimum value (19 in my example) per each page but the report is reading the buttom value (74 in my example)
I tried to use Shared or Global variables -> I initialised the variable in Details and display minimum of its value in Group Footer but the formula shows minimum value for all values in the report not per page as I need.
Thanks in advance

lanat,

Could you please clarify the structure of your report and provide the formulas you have developed for calculating the minimum values?

I would think perhaps you should be initializing the variables in the page header, determining the minimum on the detail rows and displaying the page footer (you have stated you are displaying in the group footer, though perhaps you have page breaks set after each footer?).

Once we have a better idea how you are calculating this now, someone should be able to provide assistance.

Thanks!

Mike

Right-click on the field, choose Insert > Summary. Choose Minimum.

The use of Crystal's automated totals is outlined at FAQ767-6524.
