Show image from website using stored http path

I have an Access 2000 inventory database with an item code, description and fully spelled out web address for the image. When used in my website, the ASP has no problem displaying this image.

Yet when I try to get access to include the picture in the report using this web address, I get nothing.

I tried the archive but it didn't seem to answer the question for hyperlink addresses.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
