Show If Value Starts With A Number Otherwise Put N/A

Can anyone tell me how to write this expression either in a query or in a report? In this particular field there is data that begins with text and others that begin with a number. I need the expression to show the fields with numbers and the ones that have text in them to show N/A.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
