Show group name on incomming call

I am trying to get a group name showing on 3 extns in a group i.e. when the DDI no is rung I want CS Help to show on the handsets
I have alpha taged the group and the incomming no all I get is a CLI no i.e. my mobile no or if I alpha tag that it's name
any ideas please

Can do this two ways:

1) if your on R8 or above you can use a ring all ring group. Put a name in the Tel dir for the Ring Group DN and that'll work

2) Use a name tag hunt group. Route the DDI to it and either add members direct or re0route the name tag hunt group to another group
