Hello,
we are running some 3300 (v7.1) and looking for a solution for the following problem.
If you use a internal phone to call a other internal phone which is forwarded by the user to the operator, you don't see something like "FWD to:" in the caller phone and you aren't able to hang up imedietly. The operator ladys are very unhappy right now. Maybee I can arrange a diner with them - If you have a solution for this problem. ;-)
We are using 5224 mostly.

Have you check a COS option could not offer you the answer ?



Now, it's about French users too !!!
