Show Filters in Header?

I have a large report in CR XI that I periodically put in filters using the select expert, for example for @prodhrs >=10000. How can I show what filters are active in the header so I know what is filtered without having to look? Yes I am lazy but it will keep me from extracting data that is filtered by someone else without me knowing.

thanks, I have actually used the FAQ before too. I didn't use parameters in this case as...well i was lazy
