Hi all...

Have this table with about 16.000 posts, with the fields:
Hsbftg
Old
Levnr
Lev
Faktnr
Pg
Period
Cost

There are duplicates in this, now I want to view which posts that are duplicates.
And the only thing that tells me who are duplicates is to compare the fields Hsbftg and Cost.
How to do?

Please help, I'm in a kind of a hurry.

Best Regardz,

Spikemannen

Use the 'Find Duplicates Query Wizard' and choose both of the fields that you need to compare.

just to get you in the right direction is how you would find dups in hsbftg

SELECT hsbftg, COUNT(hsbftg) AS NumofDups
FROM tblname
GROUP BY hsbftg
HAVING ( COUNT(hsbftg) > 1 )
