Is it possible to show and hide different controls on a continuous form depending on the data in each row? I'd like to show or hide a combo box depending on whether a check box is checked or not, but I don't know how to do it without the combo box being hidden or shown on all rows.

Take a look at conditional formating

Hope This Help, PH.

It appears I can make a control enabled or disabled but not change it's visablity?? Or am I just missing something?

If the combo is not bound to the underlaying query/table of the continuous form, then it is common to all rows.
