Hi all,

I have an access database that was created before I got here and the person who put it together is long gone. When opening the App, you immediatly get an input screen, and you can see part of the database window behind it. However I can not get to it to look at tables, forms etc.. also the. What can I do to try to get to the Database Window? oh, also the menu options along the top are disabled as well ie. the File, edit, tools. help, etc.. Any help would be appreciated. BTW it is an ACCESS2000 app being run in ACCESS 2003 Thanks in advance

If this is an mdb file, aave a look at the Start Up options (Tools->StartUp). You will see several options that you can adjust.

Hi Remou

All the menu options, Tools etc... are disabled, anything else you can think of would be greeatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mayday

Try holding shift when you open the .mdb (and hold it through clicking any security warnings, etc...)
