Show All Menus - Option Clears

We set the option in Outlook 2003 to Always Show Full Menus, but when exiting Outlook and going back in the option resets itself to Show After a Short Delay.

The options is in Tools > Customize > Options.

Any thoughts.

Is this standalone Outlook or part of Office suite 2003?

If the latter, are you using Word as the email editor? If you open just Word, change the setting and close WOrd, do you get prompted to Save the changes to the global template normal.dot?

Do you have Adobat Acrobat Writer v7 installed?
