Show a report only on the current object being viewed

I want to bring up an 'operational report' that only shows me data on the current person file I am looking at. How do I write a formula to say while reading records, only select this person's records???

how do you know what person to run the report for? Is this stored in a database somewhere? Software Sales, Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
