Shourtcut Key for goto Frame in Word 97

I have a lot of letters that have a footer and in that footer is a Frame. I am trying to write a macro that will go through all my letters and remove the frame for me but when writing the macros i am unable to hightlight the frame to be able to delete it.

If any one can help please do.

Try a find/replace.

In the find what box, hit the More, then Special buttons and see if frame is in the list.

Don't put anything in the replace with box. Hit replace all.

Not sure if it'll work in the footers, but you can record the procedure to find out the code for finding a frame.
