Should "Memory Range" resource appear twice?

I've been having major problems with a dlink dwl-520+. It keeps giving me driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. I have the most recent driver and it doesn't help.

In the resources for the device (windows device manager, right-click, properties, et), it has two entries for Memory Range:

Memory Range FEAFF000 - FEAFFFFF
Memory Range FEAE0000 - FEAEFFFF

Hardware not being my strong suit, I have to ask: Is this normal? All my other hardware seems to only have one "memory range" listing. I'm running in on Win XP Pro on a dimension 4500.

Thanks,

Jeff
