Should I use Cisco Catalyst 4500 with WS-X4448-GB-SFP?

Hello,
We are planning to get some switches to a 7-storey apartment building with 146 apartments. The building already has single mode fibre installed (2 Single-mode duplex fibres per apartment). The apartments should have at least 100 Mbps connections and some extra for the future use.

I'm wondering if Cisco Catalyst 4506 with WS-X4448-GB-SFP's (1000BASE-X (SFP)) with miniGBIC Cisco 1000Base-LX duplex singlemode modules is suitable for this purpose?
