Should I rebuild indexes?

Should I rebuild indexes as part of my daily/weekly database managment/maintenance and if so how often? The crux of the hypothesis is the biscuit.

You should run dbcc showcontig to determine whether or not you need to rebuild your indexes. Running it from time to time will give you an idea of when they need to be rebuilt.
